Ingredients:
🔸40 ml gin @hausberggin
🔹15 ml green tea syrup @monin_europe
🔸15 ml green chartreuse @chartreuse_uk
🔹20 ml fresh organic lime juice
🔸dash of saline
🔹dash of peppermint bitters @bobsbitters
🔸1/2 organic egg white
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with a whisk ball 🧶 give it a hard shake 🕺 remove whisk ball and add ice ❄ shake untill chilled ❄ double strain into a chilled glass ❄ and garnish with a flower 🌺 and a @surfsidesips cocktailpick
