Violet Gin Spritz

Ingredients:

🔸2oz @brookiesgin

🔹3/4oz @thebittertruthcompany Violet Liqueur

🔸1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice

🔹1/4oz Sugar Syrup

🔸Soda to top

Method

Combine everything but the Violet Liqueur in a big spritz glass with ice. Pour in the Violet Liquor last to get pretty patterns Before stirring it all together
Then use a sustainable straw to sip away!
