Ingredients:
🔸45ml @drinkfortaleza Tequila blanco
🔹20ml Lemon juice
🔸20ml Agave syrup (3:1)
🔹5 Drops Saline (optional)
🔸45ml Brut Champagne or dry Sparkling wine (Mandatory) 😉
🔹5-6 Mint leaves
🔸1 Cucumber wheel
Method:
Muddle cucumber wheel in a shaker tin, add mint leaves, tequila, lemon juice, agave, and ice. Cap the shaker and shake! Fine strain into a coupe and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with cucumber and mint.
