Ingredients:

🔸30ml Fifty Pounds Gin @fiftypoundsgin

🔹25ml De Kuyper Peach 🍑 Liqueur @de_kuyper_cocktails

🔸10ml Bols Blue Curacao Liqueur

🔹10ml Monin Lavander Syrup @monin_uk

🔸200ml London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Soda @londonessenceco

🔹2-3 dashes Peach Bitter @thebittertruthcompany

Method:

Build directly in your glass with plenty of ice. Give a gentle stir and drop some dry juniper berries in the mix. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon 🍋 wheel. Serve with a glass straw.
